Lady Rachel

Lady Rachel

Ithought it was great.
those twins though are really gonna annoy a lot of people. the little girlies will like him though.
the teacher at the end was good.
|
Shar
|
I agree the twins were sooooo annoying, so cocky lol.
I couldn't believe Emma Chawner tried again!!!
So what does everyone think of the new format?

I think its good that they have a live audience right from the start now. Lets face it, a lot of people are fine when its just the judges then cant cope with an audience, best to find out from the start than later on.
I loved the teacher at the end, he can sing and keep the audience entertained, doesnt look bad either

John & Edward break down on 'X Factor'
Source DS
X Factor hopefuls John and Edward show an emotional side during the judges' houses episodes this weekend.
The Dublin-born twins recently admitted that viewers see them as "villains" after they schemed against rival contestant Sian Paley at boot camp. Paley was sent home by the judges following a joint performance with the brothers, who decided to drown her out by singing over her.
In tomorrow night's instalment, the pair break down in tears amid fears that they have failed to impress their mentor Louis Walsh and his guest judge Ronan Keating in Italy.
Edward tells show host Dermot O'Leary: "I don't want to be crying. I just feel like, we go home and then it's just like, 'What the hell? That's it'. Then that's what we're remembered for, that's the end."
Reflecting on their rendition of Backstreet Boys hit 'I Want It That Way', he adds: "I think we meant our best. It could have gone well and it didn't, but it's better just to go for it because it could have gone well."
Meanwhile, John claims that they may bow out of the competition on an "unbelievable bad note" due to their performance.
They still annoy me lol.

I agree Hakkie, I just want to smack the twins and really hope they get voted off at the start of the live shows.

Shar
|
I have to say I was really surprised by some of the choices that went through to the live show...especially Simons (oh and it didn't surprise me that Louis put the IRISH twins through lol ;0) ).

Robert

They need the comedy bits to lighten up the show as without it, it's just boring.
Forget them Irish ones and let's see the real talent shine.

Dannii Minogue almost reduced Danyl Johnson to tears by making jibes about his sexuality.
The 'X Factor' judge infuriated her fellow panellist Simon Cowell - who is mentoring the 27-year-old teacher - with her comments while critiquing his show-closing rendition of 'And I'm Telling You'.
Referring to recent reports that Danyl is bisexual, she said: "It was a fantastic performance, a true 'X Factor' performance - turning guys into girls.
"Though there was no need to change the gender references if we're to believe everything we read."
As Danyl fought back tears and the crowd sat in silence, Simon snapped: "What did you say?
"'I think we're missing something here. I just heard one of the best performances I ever heard in my life. And you can forget playing any of those games with him. I'm not having that. This guy sang his heart out. Give him some credit."
The altercation prompted many outraged fans to call for the Australian singer to be sacked.
One angry fan rote on the show's website: "Danni's comments were disrespectful and out of order! Danyl's sexual orientation was under siege when tonight's show should have been about the music."
Another wrote: "I sat here shocked at her comment, which has got to be one of the worst things said on TV."
Dannii later took to her Twitter page to apologise for causing any offence to viewers.
She wrote: "Dannii made a joke about the lyrics of Danyl's song, referencing a recent newspaper interview he has given about his private life. She spoke to Danyl straight after the show, explained what she was talking about and he wasn't offended in the slightest.
"Dannii is mortified if her comments have been misinterpreted as she has always been hugely supportive of the gay and bi-sexual community for her entire career."
The row was one of several spats between the judges on the first live show of the series, which saw the contestants mentored by Robbie Williams.
When former strippers Kandy Rain - mentored by Louis Walsh - performed 'Addicted To Love', Dannii and Cheryl Cole criticised their skimpy outfits, warning the quartet it would be difficult to shed their raunchy image and make people focus on their singing if they didn't dress more demurely.
Angry Simon defended the group, telling his fellow panellists: "You two have performed practically half naked in the past."

the twins have deffo got to go, they irritate me so much
stacey has the same personality and fast talking annoyingness as one of my mates so shes way too annoying for my taste
and danyl is brilliant

The twins really make me laugh, but have to admit that Rachel sings far better than them but there is obviously something the great british public doesn't like about her.
Our favourite is Olly Murs & Stacey.
|
hakkie
|
I really like Olly.
The other 2 in my house are for Stacey.
Danyl drives me nuts, he is so irritating, but I really like his voice, he is a grown man for god sake, stop crying! But saying that, I did not think he sang well at all last week.
The twins get called hellish things but take it on the chin, yip they cant sing for nuts, but like you Rachel they make me laugh, but no... I don't think they should be putting decent singers out.
I really like Lloyd, but I don't think his voice is very strong, he is just so cute, and such a good sport.

X Factor's Jedward at centre of new fix row
.The X Factor has been hit by a new fix row after the show's bosses were accused of giving John and Edward extra technical help with their performance.
A programme source told The Sun that pre-recorded tracks by session singers were used to drown out the duo's own vocals and that the boys' voices were lowered to a 'ridculous level' on last weekend's show.
The insider said: "Every week session singers record backing tracks to some songs. But soundmen are told to turn down the levels of the twins' mics so their vocals are mostly covered by the backing singers.
"Often mics are so low the twins' singing would be barely audible."
There's no denying that John and Edward's performance of Under Pressure on Saturday's programme was their strongest to date with even Simon Cowell heaping praise on them.
The boys' voices sounded strong and in tune on the singing parts, however, they were criticised for incorporating so much of Vanilla Ice's Ice Ice Baby into the song on what was supposed to be Queen week.
Their performance was good enough to save them from the bottom two and it was Jamie who faced the axe after the vote went to Dead Lock.
During the opening number, where the remaining contestants performed Bohemian Rhapsody, it also appeared that the twins were not even miming to their own voices and their contribution to this year's charity single is so short that if you blink you miss it.
A show spokesperson has dismissed the claims, saying: "Contestants sing live and all are given equal technical support."

Also, I know Michael Jackson has a lot of fans & I don't want to upset anyone, but am I the only person who thinks it's strange that the xfactor song is for a childrens hospital.............and its one of his songs?????
|
hakkie

I think its bizarre!!!
Don't get me wrong, I like the song, and I love MJ music, but the man himself, something was just so wrong....
I wonder who will go this week, I hope its not Lloyd, I so like him, but I think it will be.
Am hoping it will be Danyl cos he drives me nuts!

i dont find it weird at all cos it turned out he never actually did anything, now if it was a gary glitter song that would be strange
but about the song i think they did a good job on it even john and edward sounded good, but then its amazing what they can do with technology

So George Michael Night Last Night, what did we all think?
I actually enjoyed Lloyds performance last night i must admit!
|
gellarbing

i thought they were all pretty good (the ones that can actually sing anyway), my fav of the night was joe as he was the only one not to go out of tune at all
|
Lady Rachel

I think Joe had the best performance last night.
I think Lloyd will be in trouble, his voice isn't strong enough yet.
I'd like Danyl to go....agree he's very annoying!

Anyone else agree that Danyl sings through his nose?

I like Lloyd, although he does have the weakest voice, I want him to stay, I find Danyl so irritating, I want him out next, he drives me nuts!
Joe to win, Ollys body popping just isnt in place for every type of song yet he does it every week now.
I also like Stacey, but boy is she a sandwich short of a picnic. But that kinda makes her likeable, I like the way she talks over Simon. lol
Wow, Danyl has the most massive tongue! Do we have to see it up close EVERY week!
