You must be very Physically fit to be a cheerleader.
I know they have national Championships for that don't they?

For Cheerleading F.K.R . . . A lady I knew from another forum a while ago, Had a daughter who was part of a team that travelled to the states to take part and they did really well

Sorry for the slow reply
Yeah we have comps quite a lot, my next comp is in Feb, we started putting the routine together today for it! so will be spending loads of time preparing for that now as we have moved up a class again and also we are now co-ed as we have a male cheerleader in our squad.
I am part of the Chester Goddesses ceer squad.
We currently cheer for the Chester Romans American Football team and also Flintshire Freeze Ice hockey team!!
