Good to hear you're back Ironlung but if I may say so, I think it's expecting a little much to not attend the Site for a while yet still expect it to be busy when you return.

, even though I understand that people do have real lives and problems away from their PC's

It's a good idea to have a team of staff that you can trust to help keep things going at those times when you really can't.

I don't know where I'd be without my staff, I'm more than aware that they help keep this place going as much as I do.
