Bought A new Album Lately?
Or maybe there's that old fave that you still love after all this time and think everyone should give a listen?
Why not leave your review/critque here and Please include the following ?
What's the Album called and who's it by?
What's the Genre of Music?
What were you first thoughts on listening to it?
How does it make you feel when you listen to it?
What are the best /Worst tracks on there?
Would you reccommend it to other Lazy Loungers or warn them to avoid it like the plague?
And lastly...
What score would you rate it out of ten?....I'll be back with my first review later .

| Bought my daughter The Jonas Brothers, lively and fun. They actually remind me of Hanson when they were young. |

I know that Highlander is very excited about this album, so thought he may want to read this review . . .
What do Gibson and AC/DC have in common apart from the fact that Angus Young plays Gibson and that they are both iconic brands? They both know how to throw a bloody good party! On entering the Gibson Guitar Studio Showcase, several hundred overly excited fans were greeted with a sight that will never get old; a wall of free booze. After half an hour of alcohol based lubrication a Mr James Ewing walked on stage looking more than a little similar to Angus Young with a brief intro and then it was on to the main event. 'Black Ice'.
So what of Black Ice? It starts in rollicking fashion with the now familiar 'Rock n Roll Train'. A brutish number, it gets the blood pumping the head thumping in typical AC/DC style. The momentum doesn’t let up through the electric 'Skies on Fire' or the fat grooves of 'Big Jack'.
With 15 tracks there was a worry that the band may have spread themselves too thin and unfortunately this has proven correct. Mid way through the album the songs slip dangerously close to filler. 'Smash n Grab' and 'Spoilin for a Fight' are pedestrian and barely distinguishable from each other. Thankfully this dip in form is brief and by the classic rock of 'Decibel' things pick up substantially.
Stand out tracks include 'Anything Goes' – a future hit and no mistake as well as the title track itself, which contains one of the best riffs the Young’s have ever created. Other songs to look out for are 'Rock n Roll Dream', 'She likes Rock n Roll' and the bass heavy boogie of 'Money Made.'
Special mention should also be made for Bryan Johnson who put on a stellar vocal performance that easily rivaled anything he's managed in the past.
Black Ice is essential AC/DC. If you love AC/DC then you’ll love this. It’s their best album since Back in Black, which, lets be honest wasn’t going to be difficult. On the other hand if you hate AC/DC you’ll wonder why they even bothered. Though to be honest if you hate AC/DC you need to have your f**king head examined. Even if Black Ice isn’t perfect its still head and shoulders above the rubbish Buck Cherry call rock n roll. The masters of rock are back. Salute them. |

What's the Album called and who's it by? Paolo Nutini - Sunny side up.
What's the Genre of Music? Pop/Chart music
What were you first thoughts on listening to it? mmm, he sounds like an old rastafarian, calypso sounding!
